Since 1967, the Economic Opportunity Program, Inc. of Chemung and Schuyler Counties (EOP) has sought to live up to the vision and mission to co-create a place …where all people of our community live with dignity and have the opportunity and ability to live economically productive and satisfying lives. 

EOP is dedicated to utilizing its funding so that the community benefits from every dollar we receive.
